"Thy will be done."

While the Pillar of Hospitality is first in our Stewardship model; Prayer is the most important Stewardship Pillar. Members of a Stewardship Four-pillar parish nourish their souls through prayer and with the Sacraments are disposed to receive God’s abundant graces. It is through prayer that we nurture our personal relationship with Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Eucharist, as our central prayer, holds a deep connection with Stewardship. 

A stewardship parish strives to nourish the soul through prayer. Prayer and the sacraments dispose a soul to receive God's abundant graces, which are necessary to grow in holiness. There is a deep connection between the Eucharistic celebration, thanksgiving and stewardship ways to thank God.

In both our personal and communal prayer, we turn to God to discern our talents and gifts; to discern His Will. Using our Time, Talent, and Treasure is our response to the conversation with God that is Prayer.

The following Gifts/Charisms support Prayer:  Celibacy, Discernment of Gifts, Evangelism, Faith, Healing, Intercessory Prayer, Missionary, Pastoring, Prophecy, Voluntary Poverty.

Time—Talent—Treasure:  We give all of these when we live by the Stewardship Pillar of Prayer. Either directly through participation or indirectly through support. We show our gratitude to God by returning the first fruits of all that He has given us.
