Parish Endowment Fund
An Investment in Faith - Honoring our Legacy
Dear Parishioners and Friends of The Community of the Blessed Sacrament, As we contemplate our future needs, we must continue to take care of our primary ministries. Therefore, it is with great enthusiasm that I join with our Parish leadership to inform you about the creation of The Community of the Blessed Sacrament Endowment Fund. This is a true heritage gift opportunity and a way for community members, who believe in sharing their gifts and reaching out to others, to leave a legacy of care and support far beyond their lifetime. By supporting our Parish Endowment Fund, we are taking strong steps to ensure the future of our spirit-filled community. I ask you to prayerfully consider information in our Parish Endowment brochure. I hope that each of us will be able to make a special offering to our Parish Endowment Fund. Thank you for your ongoing commitment to our Parish, especially your support of our primary mission to share our Catholic faith. May God bless you for your spirit-filled generosity and faithfulness. God bless, Rev. Patrick Robinson, Pastor

- A particular asset, such as, appreciated property (i.e. securities, real estate, collectable's, stock...), charitable remainder trusts, charitable gift annuities, life insurance gifts, life estate gifts, personal family funds, IRA distributions..
No matter how you decide to remember your parish, a gift from you will result in several key benefits:
- It sends a strong message to your heirs that the Church played an important role in your life.
- It guarantees that your generosity to the Church will be continued even after you are gone.
- It provides important assistance to our parish community.
- It may even provide tax benefits to your heirs.
Gifts can be made directly to our Catholic Community of the Blessed Sacrament Parish and/or School Endowment Funds, held at the Catholic Community Foundation. News Release
Pastor, Pat Robinson and Parish Manager, Dr. Honora Norton, are shown receiving a Legacy Award from the Most Reverend Thomas J. Olmsted, Bishop of Phoenix at Catholic Community Foundation's (CCF) Annual Legacy Reception held at the Diocese of Phoenix's Pastoral Center. The Legacy Award was established to recognize those individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to the CCF's mission: "To carry on the work of Christ by fostering philanthropy."
Our parish was one of the first parishes in the diocese to participate in CCF's innovative pilot parish program. CCF provided our parish with training and tools to improve our Endowment Fund efforts. Our parish has started on a journey and is on its way to taking parishioners to significantly greater involvement in ministries. A core Pilot Parish Planning Committee met several times in develop program goals, identify parish ministry and liturgy strengths, identify and prioritize parish issues and to identify and prioritize next step projects. Many of these projects have been completed and/or are in their early planning stages. Per Fr. Pat, "there is much work yet to be done and our parish accepts the challenges set forth to turn our parish vision into reality."
