Upcoming Event - Fall Retreat - December 2 - 3, 2011:

• Focus: Gratitude & The 4 Pillars of Stewardship - The focus of this retreat is to realize how gratitude influences our understanding of the extent to which our God is always present in our lives.  With that realization, we ask how to go about our everyday lives, living the 4 Pillars of Stewardship with gratitude for ALL that God gives us.

• RSVP Required by 11/30/2011:  eMail or call parish office at 480-948-8370 to make a reservation.  Fee for retreat is $10 in advance or $15 at the door (checks payable to Blessed Sacrament with note "Fall Retreat"). Be kind (to save parish extra expense); if at last minute unable to attend, please eMail or call parish office at 480-948-8370.

Retreat Team:

The parish Retreat Team oversees liturgical, prayer, service, and retreat experiences of our community. The Retreat Team members work together with the parish staff and other parishioners to develop retreat agendas, select speakers and plan all aspects of a parish retreat experience.  Retreat Team members are also invited to assist in directing actvities at the retreat and participating as witnessing speakers.

Typically, our parish holds a Fall Retreat, that addresses the various aspects of engaging people in stewardship acts of hospitality, prayer, formation and service.  Interested, contact Dick Leopold, Parish Life Ministries Coordinator, via eMail or call 480-948-8370 X204.
