Pay with Check:

• Complete the registration form and return with check, payable to Blessed Sacrament, to Parish Office, attention Finance Director; if check payment is made before 4/1/2012, a $10 discount per golfer can be applied.

Pay using PayPal:   

• A Parish PayPal account has been setup.  Go to PayPal website to "Send Money" 
• Use paypal@blessedsacramentscotts.org as "Payment to" account
• Enter total amount (i.e. 130.00 or 480.00 for single or foresome registration form); if payment is made via PayPal, the $10 Early Bird Discount per golfer can not be applied
• Enter "2012 Golf Outing" in "Subject of Email" to recipient
• Enter "Company name, if applicable, and each golfer's name listed on the registration form in the "Email Message"
• In order to match up paypal payments and assign carts, after making PayPal payment, please forward registration form to Parish Office, attention, Finance Director.

Information:

• You are Invited: For those that attended last year, you know we all had a wonderful afternoon of golf, followed by a fun evening of lunch, awards, raffle, and fellowship.  We hope to surpass last year’s participation by signing up the maximum number of golfers for this event.  Come as a golfer or just come for the lunch (families invited) - raffle prizes are always outstanding!  A great lunch menu is being planned.
• Event Lunch Menu: 19th Hole Cookout—hamburgers & Hot Dogs with swiss, cheddar & pepperjack cheeses, lettuce, sliced tomato, Bermuda onion, cole slaw, fruit basket, potato chips, fresh baked cookies, beverage station with iced tea lemonade & water included. 
• Event Proceeds: Profits from this year’s golf tournament will be directed towards our parish’s RRR Fund – Facility Repair, Renew and Replace.    The Main Church, Social Hall, Parish Office (formerly Rectory), Catechetical Office, Courtyard, Parking Lots and Landscaping are dated to 1976.  Our Parish School building was built in 1987.  The Chapel, Parish Life Center and Youth Room were built in 1997.  All of these buildings play a vital part in the life of our community. Overall there is need for building maintenance and landscaping renewal. Proceeds from this year’s parish golf outing will help to ensure that our parish facility can continue as a center for our community and, indeed, be appreciated and enjoyed by many more on into the future.
• Your Support is Needed: Guests and friends are invited to join us after golf for dinner and festivities (great raffle prizes!).  Various levels of sponsorships are available.  Watch for registration forms on our parish website, in bulletins and church/parish office lobbies.  As the event date nears, look for a committee representative after upcoming Masses or sign up in the Parish Office.  Plan to gather a foursome to play and save extra dollars!  Again, this year, will be the opportunity to register via the parish website using “PayPal” payment option.
• Silent Auction and Prize Donations Needed: Any donations for the silent auction and/or raffle are greatly appreciated!  The Community of the Blessed Sacrament is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and donations are tax-deductible.  (Federal Tax ID number is 37-1575917).  Please eMail  or call Dr. Honora Norton at 480-948-8370 or if you wish to donate an item to raffle or drop your item off at the parish office.  Be sure to designate that the raffle item is for the 2012 Golf Tournament.
